Your details, handled sensibly.

Who we are

This website belongs to Sensible Promotions Ltd. If you have any question about your information, email Kristie@sensiblepromotions.com.

When you send us a message

If you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you typed: your name, how to reach you, your company if you gave it, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry, and for nothing else. We do that because you asked us to get in touch.

Our website and its enquiry form are run for us by Kiln Studios (Made by Kiln Ltd), using their hosting and email providers. They pass your message to us by email and keep a copy for up to twelve months so that we have a record of it, then delete it. They do not use it for anything of their own.

Counting visits

We count visits to this website to see which pages are useful. We do this without cookies and without recording who you are: no IP addresses or personal details are kept, only daily totals. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, your visit is not counted at all.

Cookies and other services

This website does not set any cookies. So that the opening animation plays only once per visit, your browser remembers that you have seen it until you close the tab; that note never leaves your device.

The fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, and some of the animation code by the public content networks cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr. As with any web server, they see your IP address when your browser fetches those files. They set no cookies here.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
